The Floozies Dallas Concert reviews
U2 delivers a mixed bag
The show last year with the Joshua Tree tour, The Floozies delivered everyone's dreams. This time around, they focused on their last 2 albums, keeping to the theme of Innocence and Experience, and spreading love all around. With a stunning production design, it was a very good show overall. The show never had a chance to really take off with so much mediocre new material. The doubleshot of Elevation/Vertigo was an adrenaline rush, and Pride was stirring. I Will Follow is always a treat to hear. Most of the new songs fell flat, and Bono did way too much talking, even by his standards. The sound system at Capital One Arena was muddled (per usual), so I could barely understand what he was saying. If you saw JT tour last year, you can skip this tour unless you just love the new album.
